What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package. Provide your order number and photos of the issue to support@goldenessentials.com We’ll resolve the issue quickly by offering a replacement or refund.

Who covers the return shipping cost?

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged items).
  • For exchanges, shipping for the replacement item will be covered by us.

How long does it take to process a return or exchange?

Once we receive your returned item, we’ll inspect it and process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on your preference.

Can I cancel my order?
